No, all listed prices are net of VAT (22%). As a B2B service, VAT is deductible for most of our customers.
Upon cancellation you have 30 days to export all your data (sessions, reports, configurations) in a standard format. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers. Purchased hardware remains your property.
Yes. With the annual plan you can suspend up to 2 months per year at no additional cost. The monthly plan can simply be cancelled and reactivated when needed, keeping all configurations.
